Review – It took me forever to watch this movie, I don’t know why, I just never got around to it. But thank God I watched this movie. I absolutely loved it. The acting was great, the screenplay was great, and the hidden comedy in it was great. I thought to myself before I watched this, do I really want to watch a three hour movie on a Saturday night, or study for finals, definitely watch a three hour movie. When I was watching it I thought there was going to be parts that dragged, but the whole movie from start to finish was entertaining. I did really like how they showed how it all started off, and how he trained his workers to do exactly what he wanted them to do. When a movie shows the buildup of anything, I get hooked immediately, because I want to see if it will succeed or fail. I loved how DiCaprio was that kind of dick that you wanted to do well, and not fail. He was just a cool guy. Jonah Hill in this movie was great too. It was nice to see him have a different kind of comedic presence, rather than just slapstick or dirty comedy. The jokes where very well done in this movie also. I was thinking throughout the movie, for some of the speeches that DiCaprio did in this movie, how did he win a fucking Oscar. He was amazing in this movie. So, if you haven’t seen this movie yet, I highly recommend it. But you may not want to watch this with your parents; a lot of full front nudity. I give this movie a 5 star rating.
